Content ownership

All original text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design elements on this Site are the property of Ali Shabazz and/or Realty Of America, protected under applicable U.S. copyright law, unless a different owner is credited. Property listing photos and data may be owned by the respective listing brokerage or MLS and are used under license or permitted access.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from content on this Site for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice containing the following information, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g., a URL) that we can locate it.
• Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Designated contact for notices

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material in a timely manner.

Counter-notification

If material you posted or that you believe was wrongly removed as a result of a takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notice to the contact above including: identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an applicable judicial district), and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringer policy

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content submitted by, or otherwise associated with, any party who has been the subject of repeated, valid copyright infringement notices.
