Reporting copyright infringement

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material in a timely manner.
Counter-notification
If material you posted or that you believe was wrongly removed as a result of a takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notice to the contact above including: identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an applicable judicial district), and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Repeat infringer policy
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content submitted by, or otherwise associated with, any party who has been the subject of repeated, valid copyright infringement notices.
